 ABA Therapist

Community Living in Kentucky (CLiK) is seeking an ABA Therapist in many South Central and Western KY counties. ABA Therapist is responsible for providing one-on-one interventions to children or adolescents in the home, school, day care, or other community setting. He/she must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with minimum 1 year experience preferred. Must be willing to provide services through private insurance companies.  Specific services include: direct instruction utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior, implementation of Behavior Support Plans, Social Skills training, data collection, collaboration with other team members serving each student and support to school personnel.

Positive Behavior Support Specialist 

Community Living in Kentucky (CLiK) is seeking Positive Behavior Support Specialists (PBSS) to serve children and adults with developmental disabilities whom present a variety of needs (intellectual disability, physical disability, skill deficits, challenging behavior, etc.) in the Warren, Allen, and Daviess County areas. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) preferred or behavior therapists with experience providing services under BCBA supervision. Minimum requirements include: Masters degree with 1 year experience. Full and part time contractor positions available.  Direct and indirect billable services provided by CLiK include but are not limited to: formal development of Functional Assessment and Positive Behavior Support Plan, formal behavior tracking of target behaviors, development of teaching procedures to address skill deficits, creation of visual teaching materials, caregiver support and training, discrete trial training, precision teaching, and fostering independence by implementing self-monitoring procedures.

Speech Therapist

CLiK is now hiring Speech Therapists in the BRADD area.  All Speech Therapists that are interested in contracting with CLiK should contact our Program Director, Cindy Flewallen via email at cflewallen@clikgroup.com or call our office at 270-843-5300.

Speech therapy is a physician-ordered evaluation of an SCL/Michelle P. recipient with a speech or language disorder and is habilitative in nature in a specified amount and duration to assist an SCL/Michelle P. recipient with a speech and language disability in obtaining the highest possible level of functioning.  The speech therapist shall provide training of other SCL/Michelle P. providers on improving the level of functioning.  Speech therapy must be exclusive of maintenance or the prevention of regression; Be provided by a speech-language pathologist.

 

Occupational Therapist

CLiK is now hiring Occupational Therapists in the BRADD area.  All Occupational Therapists that are interested in contracting with CLiK should contact our Program Director, Cindy Flewallen via email at cflewallen@clikgroup.com or call our office at 270-843-5300.

Occupational Therapy shall be a physician-ordered evaluation of an SCL/Michelle P. recipient’s level of functioning by applying diagnostic and prognostic tests in a specified amount and duration to guide an SCL/Michelle P. recipient in the use of therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities to assist an SCL/Michelle P. recipient in obtaining the highest possible level of functioning.  This ordered service will allow training of other SCL/Michelle P. providers on improving the level of functioning.  This service is exclusive of maintenance or the prevention of regression and will be provided by an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant supervised by an occupational therapist in accordance with 201 KAR 28:130

 

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapy services shall be a physician-ordered evaluation of an SCL/Michelle P. recipient by applying muscle, joint and functional ability tests in a specified amount and duration in order to assist an SCL/Michelle P. recipient in obtaining the highest possible level of functioning.  This service provider shall assist in the training of other SCL/Michelle P. providers on improving the level of functioning.  Physical therapy is exclusive of maintenance or the prevention of regression and shall be provided by a physical therapist or a physical therapist assistant supervised by a physical therapist in accordance with 201 KAR 22:001 and 201 KAR 22:020.
