The Case for inclusion 2012

United Cerebral Palsy ( recently released “The Case for inclusion 2012,” its national review of services to people with intellectual disabilities. Kentucky was ranked 30th, largely based on the increases in adults receiving community-based since 2005 (2,543 in 2005 to 5,284 in 2011), when we were ranked 40th. There is always room for improvement, but we are encouraged by the progress.
