Community Living in Kentucky (CLiK) is currently seeking behavior specialists to provide indirect Behavior Support services to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Services are provided in many locations throughout the state of Kentucky to individuals of all ages in a variety of settings (home, school, community, etc.). Minimum requirements for the position are a Master’s degree (MSW, MA, MS, etc.) and 1 year experience with behavior programming (clinical hours and other field experience may serve as 1 year experience). Prefer Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a master’s level individual seeking BCBA certification. Pay ranges from $50 – $80 per hour. May be able to assist in coordination of BCBA supervision. Part-Time and Full-time contract positions available with flexible hours.
